The electronic consignment note, also known as e-CMR, offers significant advantages over the paper version. For example, e-CMR's enable smoother communication in logistics and improve supply chain efficiency and quality for all parties involved.

e-CMR - Environment

Vincent Logistics is further reducing the environmental footprint of its activities by introducing e-CMR for its customers from 2021. To enable you to better track your orders, you will have access to real-time tracking of all the transports we carry out on your behalf thanks to the dematerialisation of the relevant documents. You can also receive a copy of the electronic consignment note by e-mail at the same time as your client signs the consignment note.

In addition, the contactless signature of e-CMRs prevents the spread of Covid-19. The electronic CMR allows you to both reduce your administrative burden and avoid physical contact for everyone present at the loading and unloading points. Drivers and consignees can verify the information in the transport documents securely and with social distancing.

Data is encrypted and stored to ensure secure access to your documents. Information related to transport orders will be available on the Dashdoc portal for the statutory period of 10 years.
