Account Manager (BE)

As a result of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen our team in Belgium, we are currently looking for a bilingual (nl/fr) Account Manager for our main site in Herstal (BE-4040).

Your challenge: A commercial and logistic role!

As a Account Manager, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Making appointments and visiting customers;
  • Writing visit reports and making quotations;
  • Advising customers on the type of vehicle and the appropriate handling equipment;
  • Follow up on customer services and the evolution of the turnover achieved;
  • Report non-conformities, complaints (customers, suppliers and subcontractors), preventive actions and ideas for improvement to the quality assistant;
  • Commit to the objectives defined in the policy and make new employees aware of them.

Your skills: Versatility, commercial sense and customer orientation!

You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a commercial or logistical orientation and you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following points:

  • You have an innate commercial sense;
  • You have excellent geographical knowledge of Belgium, the Netherlands and France;
  • You have a good command of IT tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, RM, FV and internet;
  • You speak and write Dutch, French and English perfectly;
  • Proactivity, stress resistance and dynamism define you!
